Installing mods used to mean juggling archives, game folders, and load order by hand. Grimoire handles that from one library, with file conflict checks and separate global and per-hero cosmetics.

Working on Grimoire meant dealing with Valve’s file formats. vpkmerge reads and edits VPK archives, decodes textures, and exports compiled models to glTF. It also powers Grimoire’s editing tools.

Build the app in Dart and Flutter, using Riverpod for state management, Drift/SQLite for local storage, and Supabase for backend services. Integrate RevenueCat subscription billing and develop the company and product websites with TypeScript, Next.js, and React.
SCM StudyDevelop inventory reporting and customer analytics for a rental operation in Escondido. Built a DuckDB warehouse with nightly inventory syncs and reporting on utilization, valuation, and deadstock.
Built a TypeScript MCP server with 15 read-only analytics tools for the vendor’s GraphQL API, plus customer segmentation and lifetime-value models using warehouse data.
Founded and operated an international Pokémon card business, generating more than $40,000 in revenue over three months through livestream sales. Managed sourcing, fulfillment, and inventory with suppliers and freight forwarders in China and Japan.
Managed the bar program, coordinated with more than 15 distributors, and expanded the rum list to over 200 bottles. Developed Python tools to track inventory usage and cost variance from POS data, and used sales history to plan orders.
Promoted four times in under two years after starting as a barback in 2021. Named Bartender of the Year in the 2023 Santa Cruz Sentinel Readers’ Choice Awards.
